Okay, iv just started spotting a trend, which personally i think is quite cool, but has a similar downside to the revelation. Im not sure how long its been going on, but apple products seem to be making it more and more into television shows, iv just been watching an episode of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip (Highly recommend), and noticed an incresing number of Apple MacBook Pro laptops floating around the set, afterwhich i realised there were ‘0′ Microsoft based products present.

Well, this is cool lol ! not only are people in Hollywood realizing that apple stuff is more productive, but are sticking with it for its aesthetics too (chalk one up for the apple design team) ! On the other side of this coin, if ya watch a series long enough (such as any of the others where MacBooks are making an appearance, aka Ghost Whisperer, etc) you’ll start noticing that these producers are sticking weird and strange logo’s over the Apple symbol on the rear of the screen ! Why people, be proud…

Im not sure if this is related to some kind of strange copywrite thing going on, like showing corporate logos on television or movies, but i cant see why any company would really have a problem with free advirtising, the number of times iv seen summut cool in a movie or an episode of summut on tele and thought, ‘wow, what is that and where can i buy it’. Obviously this doesn’t work for things like the holodeck in Star Trek, or the Gate in StarGate SG-1, but a real world product which i can run out and buy, hell yea… Leave the logo alone, strike some deal with apple’s scary lawyers !
