I really enjoyed your article. It was well written, humorous and made some great points. I've used both ME and Vista, but the similarities between the two never occurred to me, largely because I'm trying to put my ME experiences behind me, like any other bad experience. I've got a laptop here with Vista and it really encapsulates the Microsoft mentality: over-priced, flashy, unstable and loaded with features nobody needs. Working with Vista usually sends me running back to my Linux box where I am reminded that sometimes the best things in life are free.
